What to Bring
To ensure a smooth first visit, please bring the following:
- Your completed new patient forms (if not submitted online)
- Your insurance card
- Any recent X-rays or MRI results related to your condition
- A list of current medications and supplements
Your First Visit: What to Expect
Your initial appointment typically lasts about an hour. We recommend completing your paperwork online before your visit to make the most of your time. When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you and give you a brief tour of our practice. We’ll then ask you to watch a short introductory video explaining our chiropractic care approach.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Care Plan
During your first visit, Dr. Sheri or Dr. Taylor will conduct a thorough consultation and examination. If necessary, we may take X-rays to better understand your spine’s condition. While we typically don’t perform adjustments on the first visit (except for children or pregnant women), we use this time to fully understand your health concerns and goals.
Your Second Visit: The Report of Findings
On your second visit, we’ll discuss your personalized treatment plan in what we call the Report of Findings. We will do the following:
- Explain our findings from your initial evaluation
- Discuss our recommended treatment approach
- Address any questions or concerns you may have
- Review financial aspects and insurance coverage
Insurance and Financial Considerations
We accept most insurance plans, and our staff is experienced in handling insurance claims. During your Report of Findings, we’ll explain how your insurance coverage applies to your recommended care plan. For those without insurance or with limited coverage, we’ll work with you to make care as affordable as possible. Our focus is always on your health first, and we strive to provide transparent, upfront information about costs.
